Oh yes! The time has come. For tasty bacon!

Today, we’re putting tickets on sale for our Pro Bacon Cookoff at the Publican. At exactly 12:00 noon, Chicago Time, you’ll be able to buy your way into the bacon event of the fall where you can taste bacon snacks from 10 top Chicago chefs, all competing to win the coveted Golden Rasher for the Best Use of Bacon by a Culinary Professional.

Tickets cost $75.00, plus a small fee from EventBrite.
Ticketholders will get:
• 10 tasting portions of bacon dishes prepared by 10 awesome bacon-loving chefs.
• 10 tasting pours of tasty beers selected by Paul Kahan and his beer staff to match each bacon dish.
• An awesome bacon gift bag.
• A teeny bit of Karma – a portion of each ticket sale will go to a favorite local food charity.
