Jessica Oloroso is Chef and Owner of Black Dog Gelato, where she crafts gourmet artisanal gelato and sorbet. Her scoop shop opened in 2010 in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood and serves such flavors as: Goat Cheese Cashew Caramel, Malted Vanilla, and Sesame Fig Chocolate Chip. Other Black Dog goodies include featured sundaes, whiskey bacon gelato bars, and gelato cookie sandwiches. Her gelato is available in restaurants across Chicago, and was named in TimeOut Chicago’s “100 best things we ate (and drank) this year.
