Ingredients: Caorunn Gin, fresh lemon, cucumber juice, balanced sweetness, Herbsaint Absinthe Legendre

Who: Griffin Elliott, head bartender, Sepia Chicago

1.5 oz Caorunn Gin

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz cucumber juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

0.25 oz Herbsaint Absinthe Legendre

 

Shake all ingredients. Strain long over ice, and top with soda.
