On Saturday October 24th 2009, Baconfest Chicago held our inaugural event at THE PUBLICAN RESTAURANT hosted by Chef Paul Kahan and his gracious and amazing staff.
10 intrepid Chefs joined Seth, Mike and Andre to launch the beginnings of this adventure called Baconfest Chicago. To these original 10 bacon-cylons we say: “Huzzah!”
