Honey Butter Fried Chicken, located in charming Avondale, is the brainchild of Sunday Dinner Club chefs Christine Cikowski and Joshua Kulp, along with their design savvy biz partners Jen Mayer and Chris Jennings. The namesake fried chicken is fresh, hormone- and antibiotic-free, locally sourced Amish chicken, brined, battered, fried and sprinkled with smoked paprika for a final kick of awesome. Slathered with sweet/salty honey butter for the ultimate flavor country experience. HBFC, as it is affectionally known as, values where its wholesome ingredients come from, how its amazing staff is nurtured, how its wonderful customers are treated, and how it can be positive force in its community.
