To Longman & Eagle, Executive Chef Jared Wentworth brings over twelve years of experience preparing globally conscious and inspired cuisine. Along with colleague Scott Staples, Chef Wentworth began his ascent by opening Seattle’s first Gastro Pub Quinn’s, composing a daring menu that put Quinn’s in the national spotlight and solidified Wentworth’s reputation as a conscientious and discerning culinary artist. Today, Chef Wentworth stays true to his philosophy of seasonality and sustainability at Longman & Eagle, while remaining committed to offering affordable dining to a large and varied clientele.
