Hello Bacon Nation,
We are pleased to announce that Baconfest Chicago Satellite Dinner #3 will be held at Red Door in Bucktown on December 10th 2012. Our host for this bacontastic evening will be our great friend Chef Troy Graves. Those of you who have been hanging around BFC since the beginning will remember Troy as one of the original 10 chefs who helped us birth the insanity that is Baconfest Chicago back at the Publican in 2009. He actually won the People’s Choice Award that year for Best Bacon Dish. He’s never missed a Baconfest event since. The man lives and breathes bacon, is an all around incredible chef and an amazing guy. Come on out and help us welcome his new project Red Door into the Baconfest Chicago family! Monday December 10th.
