Baconfest Chicago 2015 (April 17-18) is thrilled to welcome Chicago’s own Revolution Brewing Company back as a Premiere Beer Sponsor for the second year in a row. Their brewpub in Logan Square is a bustling, neighborhood institution where friends and families meet to enjoy the freshest beer in town. And their brewery and taproom on Kedzie is an oasis of beer and good times. We could not be more excited to have this juggernaut of the indie beer scene joining us to celebrate BACON!
Revolution will be serving their signature brews at all three exhibition session on 4/17 and 4/18. BUT if you want to check out their fantastic food, get your tickets to the SATURDAY DINNER session on 4/18. Revolution Brewing is Chicago’s hometown craft brewery celebrating its 5th anniversary in 2015. Our brewpub in Logan Square is a neighborhood institution where friends and families meet to enjoy the freshest beer in town. Opening our brewery has been a labor of love. We think you can see that in everything we do ranging from the details of our carved fists holding up our mahogany bar to the fragrant hop aroma of our Anti-Hero IPA to our creative dishes like our bacon-fat popcorn.
The growth of craft breweries in the U.S. has been nothing short of a revolution, and we’re proud to be standing tall in this crowd. The changing tastes of beer drinkers demand bigger flavors and more variety. That’s exactly what we give you at Revolution Brewing. Our brewpub produces about 50 different beer styles each year. We’ve got crisp, refreshing beers like Bottom Up Wit, hop-bombs like Double Fist and more bourbon barrel-aged beers than you can shake a stave at. We have fun doing what we do and invite you to come in and join us.
Located in Logan Square, our brewpub is a bustling meeting place for our diverse community and for beer enthusiasts from across Chicago and beyond. Just five years ago, we turned a dark, dusty warehouse into a welcoming destination for great craft beer. Barrel wood walls and benches made from 100-year old beams salvaged during construction make our space warm and cozy as do our two hardwood bars. Our friendly staff are happy to share what’s new on tap or our latest brunch specials!
We put as much passion onto our plates as we do into our beers. Our kitchen, led by Head Chef Charlie Eure focuses on hand-crafted items like our house-made charcuterie and freshly baked breads. We butcher a pig or two a week from a local farm, and we also take pride in our fine selection of vegetarian dishes. In the end, our philosophy is to put forth food you’d want to eat with our beer.
