Nick Spencer moved to America a few years back for a very special lady. Longing for the classic flavors and tastes of home, he launched “Spencer’s Jolly Posh British and Irish Foods”. The company was born after Nick’s personal longing for the traditional taste of hearty, butchers-style sausages, and the lean, unique flavor or authentic dry-cured back-bacon. These authentic bangers and back-bacon reflect Nick’s heritage, and are lovingly and locally made to time-honored, traditional recipes using fine, fresh ingredients”.
