Sunda’s cuisine is surprisingly simple served to be shared. The flavorful dishes include specialties such as our signature Crispy Rice with Toppings (Hand-Cut Spicy Tuna, Seared Kobe Beef Tartare and Spicy Shrimp Tempura); Crab-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Japanese Hot Mustard Soy Glaze; Malay-Style Chilean Sea Bass with Coriander, Lemongrass, Miso, Chilis, and Curried Cauliflower and Crispy Pata (Confit Pork Shank with Garlic-Foie Gras Gravy and Watercress Salad). Noodle dishes are available including Longevity Garlic Noodles with Blue Crab while a full sushi bar will service an assortment of sushi, sashimi and nigiri options. An eclectic menu of Asian-inspired desserts will round out the dining experience. With a progressive list of premium sakes, an assembly of Asian beers and a well-rounded list of Champagnes, sparkling wines, white wines and red wines to complement the cuisine, Sunda presents a myriad of dining options allowing guests to choose the level of their dining experience. The stylish and chi space, designed by award-winning restaurant and hotel designer Tony Chi, seats more than 200 guests and includes a main dining room, cocktail lounge, sushi bar and private dining facilities.
The number 8 is a lucky one! Come try their $8.88 special of the week, Bitiniku Ramen. It’s slow braised pork, egg noodles, bok choy, bean sprouts, scallions and a soft boiled egg with siracha! Yum.
