These cheese ball pops are an evolution of the traditional corned beef ball that past generations have made and prepared for just about every family gathering.  I’ve added my own twist, decreased the size and put them on a stick to create the perfect savory and sweet bacon lover’s treat. The earthy bacon, spice and pecan crust compliment the goat cheese inside, and the fig center brings out the bacon flavor to make the perfect bite!
