  • Every month we have a Grill Master Champion for best recipe and these won in January.  It is a variation on Moink Balls that someone had brought a few months before.  I was trying to figure how you can improve on something with bacon…. the answer of course is more bacon!  I substituted the beef with ground pork and ground bacon.  You get the added advantage that you can tell everyone that you’ve got the best balls around!
    • 1 lb of Ground Pork
    • 1 lb of Ground Bacon
    • 1 lb of bacon cut in half
    • Your favorite rub or spices
    • Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 Egg
    • Chopped Onion & Green Pepper
    • BBQ Sauce & Strawberry jelly for glaze
    • Toothpicks
  • The only acceptable way to cook these is low and slow over wood.
