(Peanut butter and banana cheesecake, w/ bacon gram cracker crust and candied bacon and maple bacon syrup topper)
Bacon Gram cracker crust:
Prep = melt butter and then mix everything together with a food processor. Place mixture in the bottom of the pan.
Bacon maple syrup
Prep = cream: cream cheese, bacon maple syrup, salt, peanut butter, bananas & sour cream. Mix: cornstarch w/ eggs. Combine both mixtures until blended.
Bake = at 325 degrees in a 9” pan w/ water bath.
Candied bacon topper:
Prep = Pour raw sugar over bacon and bake. Cool and chop up.
