Bacon and Eggs Maki

Ingredients:

Sushi rice
Nori
Sesame/bacon crunchies
Green Onion
Tamago (Japanese Omelet)
Candied Wasabi Bacon (pretty light on the wasabi)
Cooked Bacon
Spicy Bacon Aioli

Directions:

Spread sushi rice on nori and sprinkle with the sesame/bacon crunchies.
Flip over and add tamago, bacon and green onion.
Roll
Cut into pieces.
Top with a piece of the candied bacon and add some “pigtails” of spicy bacon aioli.
