Graham Crackers:
1/4 c rendered bacon fat, 1/2 c butter, 1/3 c dark brown sugar, 1/4 c white sugar, 1 T maple syrup, 1 1/4 c white flour, 1/3 c whole wheat flour, 1/2 t baking soda, 1/4 t salt

1/2 lb crispy bacon- chopped, 3 packages gelatin, 1 c ice water, 1 1/2 c sugar, 1 c light corn syrup, 1/4 t kosher salt, 1/3 c confectioner’s sugar.

Chocolate Topping
15 oz Ghiradelli’s 60% cacao chocolate, 2 T crispy bacon- chopped
