Friends, it is with great pleasure I introduce an old friend of mine, Carne En Su Jugo.
Our first installment of Bacon Around The World, in which we post pictures of delicious meals we have eaten that feature bacon in International ways. Today: Carne en Su Jugo, a spectacular beef soup with avocado, meat chunks, radish and crumbled tocino (spanish for bacon). A squeeze of lime, some crumbled chilis. And you’re done. This bowl came courtesy of the Pigmon, a Friend of Baconfest and enterprising dude.
