When Peter Sagal, beloved host of NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me (and infamous scriptwriter of the first draft of “Dirty Dancing 2 – Havana Nights”) decided to join me for lunch at David Burke’s Primehouse, I didn’t know where our conversation would go.  But it went far! Starting from bacon, we discussed ontology, evolutionary biology, advertising, the fundamentals of human desire and the role of corporations in our every day life.  Also, we tackled the fundamental question: when is bacon bacon and when is it just a slab of pork?  I hope you’ll enjoy listening to our conversation as much as I enjoyed having it.

And once you’ve listened – go here and snag your tickets to Baconfest Chicago.
