Beurrage is a small-scale bakery headed by a sole, dedicated artisan. Our passion for baking – and great food in general – is longstanding, and we are focused on making the finest quality, European-style bakery items (croissant, pain au chocolat, panettone, tarts, and more) right here in Pilsen. We sell our artisinal bread, pastry, and viennoiserie at the Pilsen Community Market every Sunday from 9am to 3pm. Come and join us!

We are also participating in the Pilsen Community Winter Market which is held on the third Sunday of each month through April at Honky Tonk BBQ at Racine & 18th St, open 11am to 4pm.
