With an emphasis on BACON, they have launched the first ever All-Natural Bacon Sausage, made exclusively with Niman Ranch nitrate-free applewood smoked bacon and pork. The flavors include Hickory & Applewood, Cracked Black Pepper, Aged Cheddar, and Maple & Brown Sugar. Available in two forms: fully cooked & ready-to-cook. Packed for retail or foodservice.
