BourBonQue “Real Wood Smoked Barbecue” is a Barbecue Catering Company and Competition Barbecue Team based out of the South Loop. Our passion is making great Barbecue the way it was originally made, slow smoked. We rub all of our meat with our House Made BourBonQue Rub which consist of over 20 spices and we smoke all of our meat for up to 14 hours over a special blend of all natural hardwoods selected by our Pit Master until it reaches BourBonQue perfection.
