We like Gil Langlois.  We like his restaurant.  We like his family.  We like his food.  He’s got a unique palate and a deft hand mixing flavors across the salty/sweet spectrum that really gets our motor running. So we were tickled when he offered to throw a bacon satellite dinner for us this year.

He did one last year.  It was awesome.  Here are the pictures.
