Chef Erin Wishon earned her B.S in Food Service Management with a business minor from Northwest Missouri State and a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. As the Executive Chef of the Kansas City Chiefs, Erin fed the team & coaches 2-3 meals a day, 6 days a week, eventually overseeing the culinary operations for Kauffman Stadium / Kansas City Royals, where she served as the executive chef for the 2013 All Star game. Erin has been with 365 Hospitality/Soldier Field since July 2013.
