Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Naturally Smoked Bacon has a pure, signature flavor that is uniquely Jones. Made with a mild cure from a century-old family recipe, Jones Bacon is smoked for hours over natural hickory and cherry hardwood chips.  Liquid smoke and preservatives are never used. Jones is one of the few companies that air-chills its bacon before it’s pressed, sliced and hand trimmed. By using this authentic dry aging process, Jones Bacon takes more time to produce because it stays in a special aging room, sometimes for weeks, until it develops the special combination of smoky and sweet flavors that’s well worth the wait.

Known nationally for an extended line of high quality, wholesome products, Jones Dairy Farm also offers all natural pork and turkey sausage, ham, liver sausage, Canadian bacon and scrapple.  The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) has certified that all Jones Dairy Farm bacon, sausage and ham products are gluten free.

In 2014, Jones Dairy Farm is marking 125 years of delivering dry aged bacon, all natural, great tasting sausage and other breakfast meats that families can feel good about eating, a guarantee the company has stood by since 1889.
