Hello Bacon Nation,

Last night, at Maison Brasserie, a group of intrepid bacon explorers were treated to a culinary odyssey so steeped in bacony goodness, it was gloriously… overwhelming (in the best possible way).  Thank you Chef Perry Hendrix and Owners Sue Kim-Drohomyrecky and Peter Drohomyrecky for hosting such an amazing evening!  If any one out there reading this has yet to visit the elegant Maison Brasserie, you should fix that asap.  It’s in the Lakeshore East neighborhood above Randolph Street, and I’m not gonna lie, it takes some concentration to locate if you’ve never been there before.  But it is SOOOO worth the trip.  Such a beautiful place to have a meal and the food is out of this world.  (See the picture recap below.)

Ok, so onward!  There are only TWO more BFC Satellite Dinners to go:  Next Monday December 10th at RED DOOR is the last Baconfest Chicago Satellite Dinner of this calendar year.  And the Three Aces Dinner is on January 14th.
