Managing Partner Jon Young and Chef Partner Stephen Dunne invite you to discover Paramount Room – a modern food & drink spot in a 100 year old former speakeasy in River West. Paramount Room features a unique, dual level space loaded with urban charm and contemporary design elements. On the street level, a handsome storefront tavern space features exposed brick, lofted ceilings, distressed wood floors, open-air dining room (weather permitting), cozy booths and an indigo color-scheme accented by dark wood tones. One floor below, a resurrected prohibition-era basement speakeasy has been completely redesigned with chic modern lounge elements and high, dramatic ceilings.
