This is our story

Our love for food and entertaining is at the core of what we do. In 2003, we opened Sunflour Bakery together and haven’t looked back. With nearly 40 years of combined experience in hospitality, we have won awards, been recognized in our field, and literally fed thousands of happy customers. We love what we do and have found that’s the secret ingredient to our endeavors!


Danny Beck has been Executive Chef for The House of Blues, managed large kitchens and staff for more than 20 years. He’s owned and operated Toons Bar & Grill since 1998. He’s a graduate of the Culinary School of Kendall College.


Annie Beck is an award-winning pastry chef with more than 20 years experience in her field. She has worked with five James Beard chefs: Jean Banchet, David Burke, Larry Forgione, Rick Tramanto, and Gale Gand. She graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.
