Heather Terhune (SABLE KITCHEN & BAR)
Chef Heather Terhune, a ten-year veteran of the Chicago culinary scene, arrives at Sable Kitchen & Bar from an executive chef post at Atwood Café. Terhune also spent time in the kitchen of Jean Louis Palladin, the executive chef and three-star Michelin recipient of Washington DC’s Palladin restaurant, and at 312 Chicago with Dean Zanella in the role of pastry chef. Described as a gastro-lounge concept, Sable Kitchen & Bar pair seasonally-inspired cuisine with artfully designed cocktails and spirits. In Sable’s sleek and sexy space, Hollywood charm mixes with modern industrial touches and classic Chicago warmth.

NOTE from Baconfest Chicago: Yes Bacon fans, since last Heather was with us, you might have seen her on a little show called TOP CHEF.  But before she was showing off her mad skillz on national TV, she was on Bacon-TV.  (see below).  Welcome back Heather to Baconfest Chicago 2012!
