Bacon-Nation, by now you’ve seen the incredible line-up of Chefs for Baconfest Chicago 2011.  Over the the next weeks, we’ll be unveiling our Liquor Sponsors.

Today we announce:

The Fifty/50 is back as a Baconfest Chicago Sponsor for 2011.  Like last year, owners Greg Mohr and Scott Weiner are bringing their patented Bacon Bloody Mary – the Wobble Stopper.  This is a Bloody Mary so delicious that we’ve named it the Official Bloody Mary of Baconfest Chicago 2011.

The “Wobble Stopper is The Fifty/50’s upgrade on the traditional Bloody Mary and is comprised of tomato, corn, and black bean infused premium Vodka; fresh & housemade Bloody Mary mix; porter (beer); garnished with The Fifty/50’s house-smoked bacon; and The Wobble Stopper’s glass is rimmed with a finely ground salty black bean and corn mix.

Thanks Fifty/50 for joining us again and sharing the Wobble Stopper with our guests.

Visit The Fifty/50 at 2047 Division Street, Chicago IL 60622 – Phone: 773-489-5050
